An institution with over 150 years of activity, located in Porto Alegre / RS. It serves over 160 needy elderly people, many abandoned by their families, dedicating itself to giving them dignity and comfort at the end of their lives.
Renner Herrmann SA has collaborated with this institution since 1995, when, together with the management of the house, it helped to lead the renovation and complete reconstruction of this secular entity.
Then almost in ruins, with the effort of combined forces, all the dependencies of the Asylum were rebuilt, from walls and roofs, through all the bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, chapel, halls, rooms and other areas of this important and imposing construction of more than 5.000 m2. The former “deposit” for the elderly is now a model institution for supporting and socializing these people, who now enjoy a suitable and dignified place to spend their days.
