Sooro Renner Nutrição S/A, a Renner Herrmann division focused on the food industry and a leader in Latin America in the industrialization of whey derivatives, has just obtained approval from CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Defense) for the acquisition of CONCEN Lácteos Ltda., a company specializing in the production of butter and cream products.
With the authorization granted on May 12, 2025, Sooro Renner assumes control of the CONCEN industrial unit located in Francisco Beltrão (PR), which has an area of 5.500 m², a production capacity of up to 1.500 tons per month and more than 100 employees.
The acquisition marks another strategic step by Sooro Renner in strengthening and diversifying its portfolio, expanding its presence in the market for high-value dairy products.
CONCEN is recognized for producing high-quality butters and creams, combining technology and tradition. With certified industrial processes and a focus on sustainability, the company has built a solid track record in the dairy market. Moving forward, it will have the support and expertise of Sooro Renner to further expand its operations.
